2011 Sponsorship Opportunities

Thank you for taking the time to check out our sponsorship opportunities. Below you'll find the contribution levels available for the 2011 ride. We will not be able to include sponsors on t-shirt/flyer after June 30, 2011. 

2011 Sponsorship Opportunities (PDF)

 

Enter your sponsorship or donation amount when prompted.

Once your payment has been received a representative from the Hero's Ride Committee will contact you for company information and artwork. If you have questions, problems or concerns please contact Stacy Wene at herosride@yahoo.com

SPONSORSHIP LEVELS

Presenting Event 
  • Business logo or individual name listed in registration flyer
  • Business logo or individual name listed on website herosride.com with link
  • Business logo or individual name listed on all printed material distributed by ride coordinators
  • Large business logo printed on ride shirts (over 300 will be handed out)
  • Onsite signage (max 32’x40’)– provided by sponsor
  • Onsite signage – provided by sponsor
  • Banner display at ride registration/ending location
  • Contribution: $3,000+
Red
  • Business/individual name listed on ride shirt
  • Business/individual name listed in registration flyer (2008 – Over 8,000 fliers were distributed)
  • Business/individual name listed on website 
  • Onsite booth space (max 8’x10’)– provided by sponsor
  • Contribution: $100-$500
Blue
  • Business/individual name listed in registration flyer (2008 – Over 8,000 fliers were distributed)
  • Business/individual name listed on website 
  • Business logo/individual name printed on ride shirts
  • Onsite signage (max 24’x30)– provided by sponsor
  • Onsite signage – provided by sponsor
  • Contribution: $1000-$2,999 
White
  • Business logo/ individual name printed on ride shirts
  • Business/ individual name listed in registration flyer (2008 – Over 8,000 fliers were distributed)
  • Business/ individual name listed on website 
  • Onsite booth space (max 16’x20’)– provided by sponsor
  • Contribution: $501-$999
Door Prize 

We appreciate every door prize that you are willing to contribute! Items such as sporting event tickets, logo items, gift certificates, etc. 

Hero’s Dinner

In 2010 we added a reservation only dinner that is held in the Fairfield Community Arts Center. This gives us the opportunity to reach individuals outside of the motorcycle community. 2010 attendees included Fairfield City officials, Fairfield business owners as well as Fairfield residents. Approximately 160 people attended this event in 2010.

  • Business logo or individual name listed on all printed material distributed by ride coordinators regarding the Hero’s Dinner

  • Banner display at dinner
  • Contribution: $500

All contributions are tax deductible.
